Meet Jacky

Jacky Baumann is herself a unique blend of Thai and Swiss ingredients, flavored with a bit of Italian spice and temperament. She grew up in Eastern Switzerland, where she got her initial hospitality experience in her familiy's own restaurant next to a butchers shop.

In the meantime, Jacky developed a bespoke technique of manufacturing delicious bread and pastries in Thailand, generally following the Swiss-German tradition of baking. Same goes for the her meat products.

In the last few years, Jacky built a large and loyal following of customers - particularly in Bangkok and nationwide.

Whenever Jacky can't be found in one of her artisanal bakehouses, she's likely just accompanying one of her three very sporty sons to a swimming or football competition.
