Jacky Baumann is herself a unique blend of Thai and Swiss ingredients, flavored with a bit of Italian spice and temperament. She grew up in Eastern Switzerland, where she got her initial hospitality experience in her familiy's own restaurant.
In the meantime, Jacky developed a bespoke technique of manufacturing delicious bread and pastries in Thailand, generally following the Swiss-German tradition of baking.
In the last few years, Jacky built a large and loyal following of customers - particularly in Bangkok and Phuket - and she now splits most of her time between these two locations.
Whenever Jacky can't be found in one of her artisanal bakehouses, she's likely just accompanying one of her three very sporty sons to a swimming or football competition.
