Swiss Sausages are a speciality from the Northeastern part of Switzerland where people are so proud of the white texture and taste of this sausage that they insist to eat in without mustard and [for heaven's sake] ketchup. The original sausage is named after the city of St. Gallen. 

JACKY BAKES' Swiss Sausages come vacuum sealed in pack of 2pcs. Fry them brown in a pan or on the BBQ before eating.
