Meat Loaf [Fleischkäse - one slice] 150g

Meat Loaf or Fleischkäse originates from Southern Germany and Switzerland and consists of beef, pork and bacon. It is made by grinding the ingredients very finely and then baking it as a loaf in a bread pan until it has a crunchy brown crust.

JACKY BAKES' Meat Loaf comes in two variations:
- one larger slice of ca. 150g, vacuum sealed
- thinly sliced and packed in portions of ca. 150g each
