Pizza-Fleischkäse besteht aus Rindfleisch, Schweinefleisch, Speck, Schweizer Gruyère und Paprika. Für die Zubereitung werden die Zutaten sehr fein zerkleinert und anschließend in einer Kastenform zu einem Laib gebacken, bis er eine knusprige, braune Kruste hat.

Pizza Meat Loaf or Pizza-Fleischkäse consists of beef, pork, bacon, Swiss Gruyère and peppers. It is made by grinding the ingredients very finely and then baking it as a loaf in a bread pan until it has a crunchy brown crust.
