St. Galler Doppel-Schueblig is a heavily smoked sausage made from beef, pork and bacon and is approx. 25 centimetres long.  The St. Galler Schueblig is visually not dissimilar to a Cervelat. However, its size is larger than that of our national sausage and its sausage meat is somewhat coarser.

It tastes good as cold cut, grilled or boiled.

Der St. Galler Doppel-Schüblig ist eine geräucherte Brühwurst aus Rind- und Schweinefleisch sowie Speck und ist etwa 25 Zentimeter lang. Der St. Galler Schüblig ist optisch einem Cervelat nicht unähnlich. Sein Kaliber ist jedoch grösser als jenes unserer Nationalwurst und sein Brät ist, etwas gröber. 

Er schmeckt Aufschnitt, gegrillt oder im Wasser gezogen.
